Nova Poshta delivery across Ukraine

1. General provisions

This online store is owned and operated by the PowerBank Tactical brand (Khudozhnik Otvertka). By placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use.

The Site is intended for the sale of tactical powerbanks and accessories in Ukraine.

2. Placing an order

Orders are placed via the cart on the site or through Telegram. After placing an order, a manager will contact you to confirm the order and clarify delivery details.

Prices on the Site are listed in Ukrainian hryvnias (₴) and include VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Payment

На сайті доступні наступні способи оплати:

  • Накладений платіж — оплата готівкою або карткою на відділенні Нової Пошти при отриманні товару.
  • Онлайн-оплата карткою Visa / Mastercard через захищений платіжний сервіс WayForPay. Усі платежі обробляються на стороні платіжної системи; продавець не зберігає та не має доступу до даних вашої банківської картки.

Ціни на Сайті вказані в українських гривнях (₴). Оплата здійснюється виключно в гривні.

4. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine. Delivery time is 1–2 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs are according to carrier rates.

5. Warranty

All products come with a warranty of up to 3 years. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and Samsung battery cell malfunctions.

6. Limitation of liability

The seller is not responsible for mechanical damage caused by the buyer after receipt, nor for consequences of using the product improperly.

7. Intellectual property

All Site materials (texts, images, logos, design) are the property of PowerBank Tactical and are protected by Ukrainian copyright law.

8. Changes to terms

The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
