Processing return requests after we receive the product
1. Return conditions
You may return a non-engraved product within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that:
- The product has not been used and retains its original appearance
- Original packaging and accessories are preserved
- A receipt or order confirmation is available
2. Returning defective products
If you received a defective product, contact us within the warranty period. We will replace the product or refund your money.
3. How to arrange a return
To arrange a return, write to us on Telegram. Provide the order number and reason for return. A manager will give instructions for sending the product back.
4. Return shipping costs
For returns of proper quality products, shipping costs are covered by the buyer. For defective products, shipping costs are covered by the seller.
5. Refund timelines
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
6. Non-returnable items
Products with custom engraving (made to order) and products with mechanical damage caused by the buyer are non-returnable.
